Travel Help Desk: Complaint Form

Use Travel Help Desk complaint form to detail out your grievance.

Please furnish authentic details of your tickets, hotel bills, or any other documents that you deem essential to provide details of. Details provided by you will be verified by the concerned party before addressing your grievance.

Keep your complaints/grievances to the point and concise, so that it is easy to understand and address your grievances.

Note: Be careful while writing your grievance, we will remove grievances containing threats and insults of personal nature.

Write your complaint

3 Simple Steps

Write your full name and select category. Click Proceed button to complete your travel complaint.

Title your complaint. Write your grievance and add details, if you already have taken up the issue before.

Fill in your details. Attach a copy of your ticket/recipt/confirmation voucher.

Helpful Tips

�	Give as much details of the grievance as you can.
�	Do attach a copy of your Boarding Pass/Hotel Voucher\Receipt.
�	Specify Partner's name, if it is not in the list.
�	Do mention, if you already have taken the issue with the concerned party. It is good to mention, who have you spoken to.
