I found ganapati guest house a very good budget stay option in orcha. The location is very central yet not crowded. The view from the back overlooks both the river as well as the orcha palace, so its awesome. At under 400/- a room, ganapati guest house was very value for money stay at orcha. I'd recommend it to traveller groups on a budget or not minding less frills. The guest house is a good stay option in orcha for families too. Overall i would recommend ganapati guest house at orcha to friends and family.

Firstly the location - ganapati guest house is very near all the places of tourist interest in orcha - the orcha palace, the orcha temples and the river too. Also all the auto guys at jhansi know the ganapati guest house location. Staff was helpful and personalised in their attention. The rooms clean and bathrooms functional.

There were 16 rooms, and the rest of the guest house was under construction. There is no kitchen, so food is from outside. Little value-adds in the room like mirrors and knick-knacks in the loo like soap dishes were missing.

A decent acco option in orcha, the hotel is at a walking distance from raja ram temple. Shops and places of tourist interest - ram raja temple, chaturbuj temple, raja mahal, rani mahal and jehangir mahal are within walking distance. The hotel does not have a resturant but there are good options around. And last but not the least, it's absolute value for money under rs. 500 a decent standard room!

Location, excellent views of the the raja mahal and jehangir palace. Rooms are neat and so are the loos. The owner was very courteous and ever-ready to help.

Bathrooms are not designed well, as there was no mirror. A loo, which had mirror was not on the basin wall but on the other side. Room doors need stopper. Still undergoing construction

It is 1 of the best accommodation options availble in orchha. This new proprty ( adding more rooms) offers a good view of jahangir mahal, an amazing sunrise view point. Has standard non a/c and ac and double accommodation options. Run by max 2 people has good and quick service. Vinod, the owner has done a good job and plans to put up internet facilities soon. All in all a very nice place to stay. The hotel is within walking distance of 500 mtrs from all the sites in orchha.
