When i reached to dazzel hotel the management said that there is no booking on your name and no room is available. It was a big shock to me then after some discussion and when i showed that i have booked your hotel thru make my trip well in advance and here is the receipt they agreed to put me in some other hotel. They transferred me to that hotel.
The reliant suites was ok kind of hotel but not very clean and the room service was very poor in terms of time. As well as it use to be very difficult even for local folks from hyd to figure out the hotel address.
The hotel rooms and toilets were not clean and the taps use to leak. The response time for room service was poor.
