Overall the stay was excellent. The service and food were top class. The kids club facility was outstanding.

Many hotels are beautiful, but i can’t think of any that have the quality service and charm of this one. The slight scent in the air, lovely quiet background music, friendly helpful staff, all contribute to a wonderful experience. I asked at the front desk for the name of an indian soup we had had at dinner the night before, and found an envelope under our door that day with the name and recipe! typical of the great service.

Fantastic hotel, service, food, rooms and pool, all great. Was there in summer months, hotel was very quiet, and much cheaper than normal, proving great value for money. Set in its own large grounds it is a quiet oasis in a rather manic and filthy town.

Location and exterior structure of the hotel needs improvement. The staff however is very pleasant and always smiling and this is what sets this hotel apart from the rest. The rooms are clean and value for money. However if i compare other tridents that i would have visited in the past i would give this one the least rating.

Courteous staff, vicinity to the taj mahal, well placed rooms.

Location view and exteriors, food was average and highly delayed. I think they forgot my order the first time and i had to call back. Placed an order at 9.30pm received it at 11.00pm after a second reminder at 10.15pm.

The moment you enter the lobby you feel an agreable smell of jasmin perfume.

The staff is very pleasant and efficient. Nice pool.
