Its a nice hotel. You will be happy as soon as you step in. The location, the garden- the flowers, the reception, lobby, room, toilet, dining, food all are excellent. The hospitality- very nice. We are happy.

They should have provided a tv in the room. That's not a luxury but an essential need.

It is a nice hotel for travelers who are on a tight budget & who are not very fussy about service.

The management was friendly & allowed us to occupy the roof top restaurant even after we had checked out as we had to board the bus only in the evening.

The waiter - he smiles & greets only the foreigners because they give nice tip. did not themselves come for daily cleaning of the room. Had to call them. had to ask for drinking water, soap etc.

Nice place to stay near beach, good supportive staff, clean and palm trees hotel.

Staff was very goood, they helped hire bike, provided tour support and other arrangement with affordable price. Lot of trees and greeenry inside the hotel.

Swimming pool was not good. Kitchen staff should serve more variety of food.

Definitely for the budget minded traveler. Specially if you are a couple who doesn't want to spend much on accommodation. The place is safe enough, the staff friendly. The a/c in the room is pretty good and hot water 24x7. Yes, that's the least we expect, but its worth highlighting. At 700 per day for an a/c double room, it was decent enough. The hotel is a stone throw away from the beach and that is the best part of it.

As we entered the reception, we were greeted with a very friendly staff. We were checked in and shown into our rooms immediately. They were certainly expecting us and the fact that there were no delays felt good. the hotel is barely a minute away from the beach. That is definitely the highlight of the hotel. Also, there are some real good restaurants nearby, so we never had to look far for a good meal.

No one turned up to clean the rooms, even when we called up the maintenance number and requested for it! also, they provide a fresh towel only only alternate days. Found that a bit odd. The room and towel could have been cleaner too. their rooftop restaurant did not seem inviting at all.

I liked the hotel given the price i paid for the room. It was for a very short stay that i needed the room and didn't want to spend a lot for one night. This hotel price was just right for me to choose it. The rooms were ok, not that flashy but it was neat. The bathrooms was just ok. Though there was no hot water, i really had no need for that.

The receptionist was really good. He went out of his way to arrange transportation to the airport. He gave right facts about the prices for various modes of transportation and helped in choosing the right option.
