Room service need to be improved.

Location was quite friendly.
Telephone and bell was not available in the room

Fan was not working,no remotr controller for tv, socket in swich board was broken and was very risky to use 2. a lot of worms were ceawling on the wall and fursh of bathroom and also flying in the room 3. cushion on chair and the blnket was dirty. 4. when we were dinning at lawn of hotel, at lest 10 monkeys were jumping here and there, hotel management did not do anything about it. 5. mix veg in dinner was smelling like prepared atleast 2 days back

I was very disappointed with the choice.First of all the access to hotel is very difficult. i know it is mentioned that parking is away from hotel but it must have been mentioned that if you are travelling by your car, the way is too difficult to find. room was in pathetic condition. the beds made horrible creaking sound and the duvets were smelly. most of the electrical connections were open which posed a very dangerous situation with a kid around. the sink was leaking. the restaurant food was awful. it took them ages to serve anything and that too was usually cold. it is mentioned that the hotel has power back up where as the fact is "no generator can be run in the vicinity of taj."
