The staff is very friendly and room service is good. However, contrary to website info, hot water was not available 24 hrs - instead it was 6.30am-9.30am and 6-9pm. The hotel staff, however, said they can give hot water in buckets at other times. The hotel is about 1.5km from town centre and it is a lonely, dark and steep road. So not ideal if you dont have a car, like myself. But the hotel arranges an auto even at short notice and it is easy to get one on the way back.
