A value for money hotel, which is centrally located in South Bombay. Its proximity to a well known hospital makes it easy to find for newcomers to the city.
The rooms are very spacious with air conditioning, clean sheets and clean bathrooms. The decor, which is retro has a a charm of its own.
The food at the only restaurant is very good as long as one sticks to Continental and North Indian, as the South Indian dishes are fair to middling. The bar is a bit dark but the prices are very reasonable.
As it is a no frills hotel so there is no swimming pool, spa and other five star facilities.
The staff are very friendly, quite efficent and eager to help.
The number of patrons who, in spite of being able to afford five star places, repeatedly come back to the West End, is testimony to how much guests like the place.
Very friendly staff, clean rooms, good food at the only restaurant, retro look and very reasonable prices.
Can get a bit noisy at times when tour groups check in or out. The immediate surroundings are rather crowded.
