My udaipur booking was in ‘hotel hill lake’ for an ac room, but when i reached there well in time; the hotel in-charge allotted me a non-ac room. when i came to know that it’s not an ac room then they pretended to accept their mistake. after that off-course i was allocated an ac room but honestly i would say that service was not at all good. breakfast was also mentioned in the booking but they never asked me about any breakfast. in the bathroom, there was no dustbin available. when i asked for a dustbin, they told that you can use the same dustbin which is in your room. for the namesake, they mentioned that they have internet facility. but when i requested for using internet, they told that connection is not available right now. i feel they wanted to serve only their foreigner customers, not the indian one.
