We stayed in the hotel dated jan 2010 to visit taj mahal for first time,we reached hotel through autowala, they charged us rs. 2500 for 1 night, staffs were not polite, no heaters,no hot water, bathroom door was broken and was not closing, but they said its 3 star, its not worth for a star.

Near to agra cantt station

1. Service is bad, if we call them no response for the calls. 2. They said 3 star, we paid 2500 for a night, no soap, no towels, no heaters, no hot water. 3. They didn't provide breakfast too, there are many hotels over there for rs. 1000 with good facilities we came to know later.

Just do not stay in this hotel. It is a big fraud. The payments are made in advance and after that the rooms offered are worst than a lodge room.

Nothing

Everything, right from the quality of the room to the services they provide and the quality of the food. Hotel regency is the worst hotel.

The hotel is well known in agra and one of the good hotel location the hotel is at one of the best locations in agra devoid of traffic and commuters. All the famous landmarks are not very far from the hotel. Also public transport like autos and taxis are easily available near the hotel rating 4 out of 5 entry a view of the hotel from the road creates a nice impression on the first time visitors. The hotel has ample parking space on the side as well as near the foyer. Bell boys are available on the blink of an eye to take the luggage inside the hotel. The interiors of the reception area are neatly done although not grand and the staff is courteous...

Room was in very bad state, carpet was dirty, towels were worn out. Bed sheet & pillows were in bad state. Eventhough it was chilling cold (may be 6-7 degree), the management didn't provide proper hot water supply. Since we had train at 6.00 morning, we had to take almost cold water bath in the morning. There were no heater (but provided with 3-4 blankets). Even after paying 1700 to 1800 inr, the service provided was not even worth of 300 or 400.

Only best thing about this stay was free pickup and drop from the hotel to rly station.

Bad room, stained sheets, room did not having locking facility, food for sub standard. In all very bad experience and dissappointed . It spoiled our vacation.
