The hotel is situated around 1.5 to 2 km from the kodai lake. Altough the entrance is via a narrow road but the parking inside the hotel premises is spacious. Overall the hotel is good with amenities of restaurant, gym, bon fire place.
the room did not had internet connection but the cell phone and aircard worked very nicely from inside the room.
the room service was efficient on time but there were few mix up of ordering.
the front desk service is appreciable. They provided a route map of kodaikkanal which helped us a lot as we travel to kodai for the first time.
A. I stayed in the delux room- the room was spacious with good setup.
b. The parking place and kids play area was nice
c. The amphitheater place with option of bon fire is a good add on
d. The food was delicious with multiple option to choose.
A. The bath room in the rrom alloted to me was stinking. The hotel housekeeping was called and they did a quick fix by spraying a air freshner without fixing the root cause.
b. The early morning tea and milk order got mixed up of some different guest.
c. The hot and cold mixer in the bathroom was defective altough the hot water was available round the clock.
