We booked ramada, goa a week in advance of our trip to goa. From the begining the hotel experience was good. At the airport there was a car for airport transfer. Followed by the welcome drink. Once we settled there was somebody to take us around the resort which was very impressive. Earlier, we had apprehensions about the food since we had a small one year old daughter. But the staff was so courteous they specially made food for the baby without any charge. They have buffet's for all the three meals. Breakast is simply awesome, especially the south indian food. the hotel is magnificent and we have never experienced such incredible service before. It was so lovely that it was hard to drag ourselves away from the hotel to go to main goa. In fact we didn't bother to go out anywhere outside the resort.

The pool is lovely. And looks beautiful at night with lights around. the ayurvedic centre is a must and so relaxing. Expensive but fabulous. there is a special kiddies room where there are so many activities going on. The atrium bar is very good and a must. Casino is ok. the private beach is awesome. There is parasailing, jet ski, dolphin watching. One can find the operators at the beach in the evening. early morning walk to the beach is so relaxing and refreshing. There are yoga classes in the morning which are well attended by guests. Guruji as they call the teacher is very good and a learned man. special thanks to staff members like connie for getting special food made for the baby at no cost. overall i would say this is probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in on holiday!

The king size bed was very uncomfortable

An excellent 5 star property, with great landscaping and nice rooms and a great beach! situated in the south, there deifinitely is nowhere else u can venture around the resort. If you need to goto the north it is a good 60+kms. From the resort. their casino entry charges are rs.2000/- per head which they say are taxes just to enter. dicotheque.....Nothing great. but if u need to cuoff and relax from the world, i feel this is the ideal place. you get a luxurious feeling throughout, in th property , which is a good stress buster.

A very classy place. great beach with white sands. exceptionally clean. awesome landscape. courteous staff.

Buffet spread could be a little better. kids room is a shame......With such vast expanse they could have a bigger room with and a designated kids play area as well. steam room didn't work when we were there. health faucets need to be provided in the restrooms.

This place boosts of being a 5 star property and on the looks of it...It is a beautiful place with excellent ambience, but once you step in and interact with its staff you will know its worth in first few minutes. Its cost cutting at its best. Ever imagined in a 5star hotel guests had to demand a welcome drink on arrival, they had to demand for their bottle of wine and cashew nuts on arrival inspite of it being in the package advertised... To make matters worse, we were denied the pack of cashews sighting cost cutting measure... How ridiculous. It doesnt end there... When you set out for meals, they had limited cutlury, when they managed their wares food was ignored, we had to wait for them to fill up their vessels again. If out of frustration you decide to order on menu..It makes it even worse...We had to wait for 45 minutes to get our fish n chips served to us. Overall a very poor experience, promise never to go there.

Excellent is just the perfect word. Location is beautiful and food is exotic. They have nice everyday different activities for different age groups.

Room ambiance, staff service, food, swimming pool, etc.. Will definitely recommend friends / families to stay at ramada whenever they are planning for a pleasant vacation to goa.
