Hotel is located on queen's road - which is almost 1 km far from the railway station and also quite near to the golden temple and jaliawalan bagh and next to the famous company bagh. The hotel also provides free transfer from airport and railway station if tickets are bought from make my trip along with free breakfast in their newly opened restaurant. The hotel also has a cafe/cake shop helping with most exotic desserts too. Rooms are clean having access to the basic amenities like hot water, room facilities and tea/coffee maker and staff is helpful too. Its a good deal to stay here at a budget cost. In short this place can make your trip comfortable to stay.

The best part of the stay at the hotel was the service provided. It has a perfect location, facilities were excellent and food was...Yummy!

The pick-up and drop from and to the railway station for old folks like us in such swanky cars were the best part- we did not have to handle our luggage also. Hats off! reception acted like the perfect tourist guide.

The facilities at the hotel were good. They provide pick up from amritsar railway station. They offer 20% discount on food at the orchid restaurant for people staying at the hotel. The restaurant was good and clean. when we stayed there was some renovation work going on at the hotel so it was a bit noisy and dirty. The hotel is close to the railway station and about 1.5 kms from the golden temple. It was a good experience overall. The staff at the hotel was courteous and polite. I would recommend staying here.

The location of the hotel is in the heart of the city, 5 mins from the railway statiion. The jalianwala baug and golden temple are at a nearby distance. The hotel is ideal for business and leisure travellers. The rooms are reasonably charged.

The hotel gives complimentary pickup from the railway station. The food is good and the staff is curtious. on a personal level i would like to thank mr. Pradeep for extending our stay beyond the check-out time and for transport arrangements.
