Kodai resort is located in very good locality. When you come out of hotel you can see croakers walk. Our accommodation was in an individual resort with one hall and room. Every day evening one hot bag will be provided which makes us feel relaxed while we are massaging with it, after a full day round. In front of our room there was a big park with seesaw...Etc where childern played and a garden with flowers, pleasant weather and no noise.

1. Daily evening hot bag was provided which was good for massage. 2. Plesent feelings like garden and flowers. 3. Individual resort like hall and room no kitchens. We have a sitout with bench in the park. 4. Suffecient car parking. 5. Domentery for drivers with bed and food cost for drivers was cheep, for eg lunch was 25 rs.

1. One tea cost was rs. 25 + tax too much (i have ordered 3 tea total cost was 96 rs). 2. Indore game was there like tt, caram, chess, etc .. But tt dosent have bat, and the room was not cleaned.

Hotel is very good for a peaceful and enjoyable stay with family in kodaikanal.

The location: very close of coaker's walk, bryant park and the lake. The ambience: the overall plan of the whole campus was very good. Recreation: decent recreation facilities (tt, chess, carrom, and some books).

Though executive suites and suite cottages were of the same size, suite cottage rooms had very old interiors. It was as if the interiors were specifically made that way to justify the price difference between executive suite and suite cottages. - heaters were very expensive (rs. 500 / night) - food at the restaurant was inconsistent. On somedays it was very good and some buffets were really bad. Food was also very expensive given the place and quality.

Property is good but can be made better by better lighting and better staff.

Good play room [can be improved still], good breakfast.

The reception staff [very indifferent]. You can do better by having smiling staff at reception. Besides the waiters were not trained. Hot water even in the morning was not available and that was a real put-off.

The hotel was good and the people really took care of our compalints etc.

The room was perfect in all manners. Location was quite friendly. Facilities and services provided were upto the mark. It is a good value for money hotel.

Best thing is the location....Located next to coakers walk and the lake. Do check out the in house restaurant, you will definitely have all your meals there
