The location of this Hotel is beautiful, located near the mountains.. early morning you can see fog raising up as sun light appears. As I went in the month of December the Hotel charges were high, but the facilities provided in the hotel were quite good. A tea maker was very helpful. We had ordered for room heater. It was charged 200Rs per day.. that was a little costly. The food was good, we did not go for the bouffet as it was not reqd. We had gone for A-LA-Carte. It was good. Breakfast is the best part. You go so many options to choose. South Indian, North Indian, fresh juice, coffee, tea, toast, egg.. it was really good. The hotel staff were very helpful.

The location of the hotel and the food would make anyone come back.

The charges during the month of December was very very high

This is very good hotel. The location is scenic (but a bit far from Munnar, aorund 20 KM). Rooms are really excellent. Landscaping has been done properly. Room service is good. Food ( I had opted for MAP, which included breakfast and dinner) was really good. It was not cooked in coconut oil.

- Excellent room - Overall cleanliness - Very good location and view from the room

- Although food was very good, I was looking forward for authentic kerala food which I didnt get here. (The reason, as told by the manager is, since kerala food is cooked in coconut oil, many tourists do not like it). - Kerala massage was not good. - Bit on the costlier side

Excellent hotel. Ideal for a honeymoon and a quiet holiday

Been there for my first leg of my honeymoon and i am happy i chose Sienna Village. The location is excellent, tucked away from the city. Barely any mobile signal(which is again ideal ..). The setting is excellent, there's a view of a waterfall from the hotel. All the suites are clustered and spread across their property. The view from our suite was simply superb. They have a maintained a small tree-house too. Excellent food .. a fine blend of traditional Kerala and continental food. I simply loved their Karimeen wrap.Excellent dinner buffet menu. They have some on-demand counters too. Breakfast choices were also excellent.. my wife simply loved loads of salads in their menu. The property is maintained very neatly. Ample parking space. Staff courtesy is amazing, the room service is impeccable and timely. They also prepared some special snacks on request. The bon-fire setting is excellent. A DJ plays out popular tunes during the bon-fire.

The all-day menu is not good. Only limited choices available.

Location of the Hotel is good and the rooms were well maintained and the hotel staff was very courteous.

The hotel needs to improve on the menu and the availability of the food ( it is restricted to 9:30 PM)
