My experience during the stay in the hotel was fantastic. The staff is supportive and courteous. The rooms are well maintained and clean.

The food is quite expensive and the menu caters to mostly to foreign tourists.

Simple and nice, good for people who wanna spend less but still want comfortable stay in jaipur.

The bathrooms had an exhaust in the corridor.

Very mediocre. Too pricy for the quality. We had made bookings for 4 days with a small break in between. When we got back, we were given 2 very shoddy rooms which had a bathroom which opened out into the road with no curtains, no hot water, a tv that didn't work and no intercom. The manager tried to make up for it, but seemed to lack sincerity. Food at the cafe takes about half an hour. No room service either. We got some brilliant hotels at udaipur for prices less than this one. Can definitely give it a miss.

The privacy. As the staff strenght is just what they can manage with you don't bump into a person every time one moves in and out of the room.

Need a smarter guy at the reception. Everything was polite and prompt at the check in time but beyond that the guy was no help.
