Its a must avoid place as of now but has a potential of being a good city hotel. Rooms are small, service pathetic, and restaurant is even worse. The hotel needs an immediate face lift and more efficient staff. Hot water is supplied for about 45 minutes in morning although they promised 24 hrs hot water. Don't rely on them for arranging your sight seeing. You may be up for a shock.
Rooms were cozy and carpeted and had a efficient security guard. Unfortunately he was the only staff efficient there. Got a room heater promptly on request although we were charged for it. When they failed to arrange for a promised vehicle for sight seeing, manager went to arrange for an drive so that we can go in our own car.
Well 1000 words are definitely less for this section. Rooms were very small to be called a luxury room. It did not have 24 hrs hot water as promised. Restaurant was dirty and dingy and getting the food was almost impossible due to pathetic service. We tried to arrange a taxi for sight seeing and they kept telling its coming till 11 am and finally we drove on our own. Getting soap, towel and room cleaned usually required 5-6 visit to reception.
