I stayed for two days in this hotel with family 2010 "Ramzan" holidays. Before the trip to Ooty I had a plan for a comfortable stay for my family- me, my wife and daughter. From the list of various hotels in Ooty from the net; I choosed "Preethy Palace", because it is in main town,affordable tariff, distance for sight seeing is very near, roof parking, etc. Apart from I mentioned above, nice room and interior arrangements which is covenient for our needs. Bathroom is small, but it is neat and tidy. Room service was good. Apart from our requesitions their helping nature felt us comfortness.

Preethy Palace gives a comfortable stay and room services. Best guide lines for Ooty sightseeing. Good Caring...

Food not good,location is easy to acess but no scenic view from hotel.

Dinesh Bhat, Bangalore We visited Ooty during Dec 28th and 29th 2008. Our travel agent booked the room for us in Preethi Palace. We opted for Deluxe room. But in our opinion this is one of the worst hotel we have ever visited. Absolutely no value for our money be it Deluxe or Luxury. The rooms are not at all good. Not even minimum amenities like towels, soaps provided. The glasses and flasks kept in the room were NEVER cleaned at all. Toilet was so stinking.. For our surprise, they did NOT even change the bed spreads!!! When we argued the hotel staff were not ready to accept the fact. Fortunately the same time even other room occupants came with same complaint. Ultimately after exchange of words, they agreed to change the bed spreads.. We cant imagine of booking that hotel again. Ambience is also not good.. Straight forwardly we can say it is not worth to book the rooms in Preethi Palace. We were really very disappointed. Room service is just horrible.

In house Vegetarian Restaurant. Food was ok kind of for vegetarians, though not so hygeneic.
