Overall it was a good experience.
a. Customer service is very good: the hotel was under renovation, and the last single occupancy room that was available has a power problem and was in a very bad condition. I asked for a room change, and since they did not have any other single rooms available, they gave me a double room (for the same price). This is what anyone would expect from a good customer service.
b. Close to us consulate (4km) and railway station.
c. Room was neat.
d. Complimentary breakfast was good.
e. Had a metro station beside the hotel, though i did not use it, it would be beneficial for anyone traveling long distance.
f. Had a locker facility which anyone could use for storing important documents, money, etc. I used it for my stamping related documents.
The room that they initially gave me was in a very bad condition. There was no power and since they had sprayed some anti-bacterial stuff, the room was stinking. But since they corrected this by giving me a double bed room, i can ignore that.
