A quintessence beach resort in its true spirit in adherence with the surrounding. The thing which i most liked in the location. Its not in the crowded part of dadanpatrabar. In true sense it is in a serene and quite location and good for winding down yet enjoying the green and the sea both in concert. I visited with my family, its worth the drive from kolkata. yet many prefer to have the resort sitting right on the water so that you can sea the sea 24hrs from the bed or balcony, but i liked the part that digante building/cottages is situated at a distance with a nice jhaubon sitting in between you and the sea and you can see the see right through the jhaubon. I liked the effect. The jhaubon is also the place for the campfire where we roasted chicken legs marinated with tandoori powder, garlic ginger paste made by my wife. One of the resort staff was so nice to help us roast the chicken perfectly to its right tenderness, and believe me that chicken with beer......Try it. Very homely

We had visited this hotel as part of our weekend trip to mandarmani. We had started from kolkata and within three and half hours we had reached there. The hotel is ordinary but situated very near to the sea beach. We had taken an a/c room with attached bath fitted with all modern equipments and a balcony. Staffs were very helpful . Hotel had a good restaurant . We had not found enough outside food shops so most of the times we had taken foods from the restaurant. Overall very good budget hotel.
