Lakshmi's cooking. delicious home cooked meals, mostly cooked in a solar cooker, which was very interesting.
the major is a wonderful tour guide with a deep understanding of history and culture. we came back several times and got to know many aspects of the city, from islamic to mughal to english colonial to modern.
We were very happy to be guided and helped. if you are looking for an independent stay, this location outside the city center would not work so well.
