I'd booked a room at clark heights after reading all the reviews on the site about this hotel. But unfortunately the hotel turned out to be very bad. The room was not cleaned and dirty. The towels were also smelling. It's not at all a cheap hotel, so this was not expected. Even the room service in the night was not up to expectations. the hotel is quite far from airport and around 9kms from new delhi railway station. So if you don't have much work towards west delhi, then you must look for other hotels.

Having arrived late and leaving early the next morning we had a very short but comfortable stay at stylish the hotel. While it is reasonably by indian standards it is an attractive property with large rooms and comfortable beds. it is also convenient for the airport if you have an early / late flight (c. 45 minutes drive from international / c. 20 mins to domestic).

This was such a lovely place to stay at the start of our honeymoon. The staff are fantastic - they can't do enough and are lovely people. The rooms are beautiful and lovely and cool - with crisp clean sheets. The location is fine as delhi is manic wherever you stay, i think. The food really was fantastic - we stayed in some other 5* hotels in india during our trip and the food on the lantern terrace was wonderful in comparison. It tastes of real india - you can taste the spices without them being overwhelming. The only thing we wished we asked for was a change with was the car service around - we really would have had the hotel agree to a higher daily rate rather than have been driven to various shops - where you are coxed to buy things and forced upon various guides. But that wasn't really the fault of the hotel just something i think they could do for travellers to improve their stay. Overall we really loved it and would definitely stay there again.

It is on a very busy intersection

The service here was excellent, particularly in the restaurant. The rooms are very modern and the bathroom had a good shower. Rooms are good with big lcd and big king size bed, but are kept very clean, with clean linen every day. Complimentary fruit, water and snacks are provided it was relatively expensive compared to the rest of india, but worth it for delhi. Breakfast is included with the rate and has a good choice and a decent buffet. The food in the restaurant was one of the best indian restaurants we visited and very good value.

Clean and centrally located. Complimentary hot breakfast with choice of continental or indian menu. Friendly staff. Provision for left baggage for returning guests away on short excursions. I had gone to delhi for a week holiday and stay there. It was a wonderful place in the centre of patel nagar with neat & tidy spacious rooms with all the modern ammenities. The food and the service was excellent. The manager is there all the time to guide you with the tours and sightseeing. They have got there own travel desk with nice cars with good drivers . i would recommend the hotel because you it's a neat & clean for less value.
