The hotel is the most pathetic hotel that i have ever stayed in. It doesnt have the basic amenities needed for a good days stay. Everything right from rooms to beds to service is in forgettable condition. I would rather shift my travel dates than stay in this hotel the next time i visit munnar

Nothing. There is nothing to like here. The view from the rooms is pathetic. You can only see some goats and some chicken moving here and there. A couple of huts complete the scene.

There is nothing which i liked

It is located at 6 km distance to munnar city and is reachable by either by private taxi or by state transport buses. It does offer limited parking but in open with no security at night time.

staff tried being warm and friendly and tried comforting us in the limited means available to them, but the condition of the hotel marred the whole experience

Deluxe rooms were smelly and one get to see better rooms in dharamshalas.Food on offer was not up to the mark and only veg options available. no recreational facility and the travel desk charged very unreasonably, rs. 1300/- for 50 km outing

Only thing good about this hotel is it's location.
