Good value for money if you are with a tour group . Food is great and the transport to the tiger safari is excellent . The nights are cool and chilly and they shop selling souvenirs is a life safer for those who need hats for the tiger safari. The rooms are huge with 2 double beds and real comfy. Swimming in the pool at night and imagining you are in a desert is surreal .

I loved the unlimited buffet . The lamb and chicken tikka in the afternoon and nights. The rooms are huge with 2 double beds and real comfy. Swimming in the pool at night and imagining you are in a desert is surreal . As it is quite close to the ranthambhore park it is great for the morning tiger safari.

The room service could be improved

Its a sham in the name of Welcomgroup property. Pool is not maintained and has dead bugs. Restaurant is dirty and has rats. Table cloths are never changed after several its use times. They have inadequate plates and cutlery. Rooms are average/below average for the price. Bathrooms are not lit properly and you can barely see your face. Bath tub is not cleaned so you cannot fill it up with water for use. Hot water is never available. You have to struggle to get a bit of warm water. Bathroom towels were over-used and had turned gray in color which is supposedly white. The resort basically takes you for a royal ride in the name of ITC Welcomgroup.

This place has ample space for kids to play. In the evening they have some song and dance, about which no one informed us and we never went there because we thought that it was a private party. Its pretty green and lawns are well maintained.

At first I was shocked to see the front office early in the morning, which was used by security guards for sleeping! Front office is in dead state. The resort as such appeared to be in run down state and it was difficult to believe that its a ITC Welcomgroup property!! In fact, I had to recheck with the staff, repeatedly that it was indeed a ITC Welcomgroup property, since it was in such a run down state. Our check-in was painful. We were made to sit in the restaurant, which was frequented by Rats and there were spider webs on the walls. Floor was dirty and table cloth was dirty too. Even though the rooms available, we were subjected to sit in the restaurant for 3 hours amongst rats and dirt. After getting in to unwanted argument and making some phone calls to their "MD" we got the rooms 201 and 202. Apparently, the guy who checked us in stumbled upon giving names of his seniors. I realized that Rooms were not cleaned for sometime. Bathrooms were stinking, towels were over-used and wh
