A good hotel at the current price, centrally located,staff are very cooperative,there is a round the clock travel desk,along with a beauty parlour.

Location,rooms were good,a great swimming pool.

None in particular i wish the food was better,but it was ok.

When I entered the Hotel I was zapped after seeing the condition which looked just ok. I asked for my room availability they said they had no information for my room from Makemytrip as even I showed them my confirmation receipt. Later a Madam name Ms. Sapna came and she assured me my room is booked and I was asked to wait for 30 Minutes without Welcome Drinks. After 1 hour I get my room. Standard of the room Wait to say it was not up to the mark. Dust was all over and even the Air Conditioner not working, den we had Kettle for tea & coffee which I asked the Room Service to clean it as it was dirty and keep it again, they never turned up wid the kettle only. Room Service was the worst. I ordered for my lunch and I get it after 45 minutes it was better to have a Domino's Pizza after all better service. Well no doubt food was alright. Well I m not satisfied at all as it is not value for Money and would never recommend it to anyone.

Poor room service. I have booked 2 delux rooms, in 1 room they put fridge in other one no refrigerator. No fruit basket in room. After lots of reminder they put fruit basket 2nd day even. Food quality was not good, served same dal/kadi in lunch and diner.

Hotel is clean and service is good! Only dissatisfaction point is broken shower.
