Siesta hotels are basically bungalows converted into resorts located mostly in salt lake. The bungalow where i stayed was in sector iii block fd. I am providing this information as it is somewhat difficult for a new comer to find the address. The bungalow was built with a high taste in mind and while converting into a resort that has been retained. The condition is really good and you get all the amenities you can get at any mid-price semi luxury hotel. And there are some pluses also whether it be a very cozy sitting area on every floor which invites you if you are bored in your room or lunch and dinner on a dining table. The staff where i lived was courteous and attentive. And in all there was no downside as such. The location is a different matter altogether. Salt lake is situated near to airport (round 8 kms) and many corporate and it companies are easily accessible from here.
The style of living ;comfort ;peaceful area ; service ;you will get good native food as well as most food of your choice and everything fresh specially prepared for you.
There is nothing particular to state instead i would give some suggestions. I noticed that they used to serve water to coming guests in pet bottles. This seems somewhat awkward. They should instead use glasses and jugs. The cutlery and utensils should be of fine ceramic and not acrylic plastic for the price they are charging with. There is no ready stock of beverages and the service boy goes out for it every time you order something. Apart from these minor points everything was fine.
