The hotel is located 2 km away from the main market charring cross. Location at a hill top gives a nice view of the nilgiri range. Sometimes clouds will be there to welcome you in the hotel. quality of service - room service department is very much efficient and gives you right service at right time in case you have make them understand what exactly you are asking for. facilities - spa and sauna, travel desk, indoor pool (the hotel has unique internal way to maintain the temperature of the pool water), newsstand - chocolate shop, activity and game room specially prepared for children. Food: toda cafe- the main restaurant, facing panoramic tea gardens of ooctamand, is the usp of the hotel. Jade garden- chinese restaurant has a good taste of chinese, don’t forget to have canton and hunan tastes of china.

The communication with the housekeeping and waiter staff. Anytime rain can spoil your bonfire and stuff in the toilet should be in proper.

the breakfast was very good and so were the staff. Overall good value for money- will come back again.

The rooms were smelling when we entered. However the staff was cordial and sprayed the room on request. The pastry sold in lobby was stale.

The location of the hotel.

They urgently need to look into fitting and fixtures. Bathrooms reminds me of a local lodge running in to loss. The toilet seat had cracks, the flush was not working, sink was chocked. One whole morning, i was fecilitating the repair work. The duty manager was very nice person, he shifted me to a suite immediately. The suite was ofcourse very good. Fodd was fine, the chines restaurent is also good except that I ordered fish and got chicken, and when I pointed out they didn't accept it. Finally when they tasted, they apologised.

A good value for money hotel as all the facilities and services provided were upto the mark.
