Over all experience was very good, we reached hotel direct onjan 22 2010, manager was very helpful,he suggested all the package,we took honeymoon package at off season price,which incudes brkfast,dinner and a local trip, and they arranged a taxi for us to visit kufri,narkanda at a reasonable price. service is good.

Service is good and help ful about the location , places to be visited and all. food was amazing and homely. rooms were clean and neat. room heaters were provided. we went on off season. Management was good they knew how to handle customers visiting shimla for first time.

To reach hotel we need to walk upwards like , since its hill station its common.

Service is great! the rooms are nicely done up! it offers great view of the city and complete privacy. the entrie room has a complete carpet giving it very cozy look. We opted for super delux room, and found that its the best choice. the bathrooms are clean, has facility of hot/cold water. the room has round bed! also the linen and quilts are very comfortable. we read lot of reviews about u have to climb up a lot to reach this place - but if you are used to walk around a km everyday, you can do it. Also you get porter at the parking to carry ur stuff.

Great hotel and great hospitality...The food and rooms are excellent.... It is nearer to the mall road, but the entrance is very horrible...We really enjoyed the stay.

Since there is quite a distance between parking and hotel, there should some sort of laggauge pick up facility by hotel. Food like south indian, chinese etc should also be included in the menu.

The hotel is good for young couple, room was decent and well furnished, also very affordable. My experience was good and satisfactory. It is value for money.

The way to the hotel is a steep climb, which is tiring and cumbersome and not at all suitable for most of the people. the restaurant closes down very early for dinner (10:00 pm) which is not comfortable when you have gone out for relaxing, the deadline for every thing is 10:30 pm bet it disc or recreation facility.
