Hotel is better than average. There won't be any complaints after staying there, but can't guarantee if you will be happy about all the things. Far from the noisy city center which is a good thing but can be bit of a problem during nights, if you don't have your vehicle. Dinner was average but breakfast was very good.

Rooms are okay, not great. Since I had gone by train to Ooty, I didn't have my own vehicle there. They can provide the drop/pick-up service to city center at fixed times e.g. morning 10.00am and evening 7.30pm or so.
