A wondefully peaceful property situated right amongst the pines and perfect to experience nature at its soothing best. Nice little cozy & warm cottages, perfectly done camps and delicious food served right in your room thats what makes this place special. How ever the number of creepy crawlies doing the rounds of your camp/cottage can scare the weak at heart but then thats how you define "nature - up close and right there in your room too". The cottages are situated far away from the kitchen so everytime you'd like to eat at the dining room get ready for a good 500mtr hike amongst the forested narrow paths of hill above. This is not the place to appreciate the tata sky fitted t.V. Or the coffee machine or the sometimes in-consistent room service instead the view from your cottage window, the sunrise, the pristine mountains and the beautiful butterflies are the thing you'd be talking about long after you've bid goodbye to this place. A place to simply chillax for the crazy city dwellers

	I may forget this hotel after many years but it would be difficult to forget the views it offers; without doubt one of the best views available in chail are all thier right outside your window/balcony. second thing that stands out is the yummy food served hot and crispy with ample variety. third comes the warm cottages all done in wood and very neatly kept with utmost cleanliness. and finally the attitude of the hotel/camp staff who are there to try thier best and make each individual comfortable with personalised attention as there are lots of corporate groups coming and going specially on weekends so avoid the camps and head to the cottages if you're not a budget traveller.

	The climb up and down to the kitchen and the camps is really tedious and totally no-no after dark! the hot water supply is something which irked sometimes as it kept running out specialy when you're full of soap and need nothing else but hot water to wash away the spasms of a fatigued body. the room service cannot be compared at par with similarly priced properties i've stayed before and hence leaves some room for improvement. there are no proper routes, maps, directions which lead up to the property as even the local taxi wallahs miss out on the entry point to the cottages which is a good 7-8 kms away from the main chail bus stand / bazaar.
