1. Bad and unhygenic food: Found 4 cockroaches in the very first meal on the very first day. The next time got stale food which smelt very bad. 2. Hotel staff not trained and not professional. Not sincere. Lost my digital camera as someone had stolen it. 3. Rooms are good but not maitianed and cleaned. Resort has been designed well but not maitained
