Govardhan palace, mathura, a fantabulous place to stay in mathura. No other hotel stands nearby the status, services and maintainance of this one.
this hotel has great services, really nice food(please do not compare any of the outside food with home made food), awesome ambiance, nicely maintained and beautiful gardens, big lawns.
i would rate it as a four star hotel rather than three stars(presently its a 3 star hotel)

Positive points are nicely maintauned rooms, quick and professional services, exciting offers/packages which lessens ur load on pocket.
lawns and gardens are so big and maintained very nicely, they look beautiful when you walk on green grass in night.
supportive and trained staff is also a added advantage.
One small is that staff do not knock the room but they try to directly push and open the door, may be their load of breakfast/dinner tray is un-bearable :-)
else everything is fine.....
it exceeds the 3 star category and tends to a 4 star hotel.
