The best thing about this place is its location. You see the complete city in front of you. The city is very green, reminded me of scotland.
do not miss the the valley getting covered with coulds in the evening. The weather when we went was pleasant. Do carry some jackets if you are travelling around end of march ( we thought it would be hot and the temperature was 2 degrees). the heater is provide in the room.
its a small charming place. The rooms are nicely done up, all have wooden flooring. The washrooms are spotlessly clean.
the rooms have worldspace radio facilty.
Nice rooms and good food.
You do not have luxury of having many cups of tea if you feel like in pleasant ooty weather. The room tea kit is refilled only once, so if you want more tea bags/ milk powder, you would have pay extra. This is really cheap for a place like this.
also you may face language issues - not all staff can converse in hindi/ english.
