I, with my wife had a very good stay over there in the hotel. The hotel is very well maintained. Comfortable stay, the hotel is bit far from the town, but that is an advantage as away from traffic. Having a peaceful atmosphere, though it is away from town, transportation availability is not an issue there.

Its peaceful environment & individual & neatly maintained cottages. Though there is not "lake view" the hotel is a nice place to stay. It is in a walkable distance from the ooty lake and we enjoyed in the mist!
Hmm.. Tough to say, nothing i noted as didn't like or disappointing. But still... Could not enjoy when it rained as the room balcony was not roofed well from drops. It rained in the balcony also :)

Hotel is fine..Quite good...We can spend definitely week end there ...Ummm room service is awesome..Cottage is very near and accessible from any where in ooty..But only thing i missed is a bar & restaurant..That will be great idea if we have something like this..

Room service is really gud...Quite impressed...
I missed my bar there...I felt very hard when i hear it dont have bar...And food cost is little expensive ...Every morning plz try to give news paper as well....Atleast business paper

Good value for money

Nice rooms (i stayed in an executive suite). away from the ooty buzz.. And quite serene surroundings
The restaurant is probably short staffed. It gets really crowded for breakfasts in the monring, had to wait for long time to get our turn. the travel desk has limited sight seeing options. They also could suggest visitors with whats worth visiting and whats not, which could save our time and energy.
