I booked a room in cocobay resort, kumarakom for 16/10-18/10. in the booking confirmation e-mail it was clearly mentioned as below: adult=2, children=1(9 yrs), extra bed=0. however, at the time of arrival to the hotel the hotel staff said that as per their co. norms they will chrage me extra bed cost @ rs.850/- per day though the extra bed was not at all required by me. and i was having no other option but to pay the same to them as i was having a confirmed booking after duly paying the booking amount in toto to you thru net

I booked two hotels through you one at hotel excellency,cochin and another at ambady hotel thekkady. the hotel at cochin was excellent however i was little disappointed at thekkady. the room was ok type with no proper maintenance. food at ambady was also just not ok. i suggest you keep checking your ratting periodically on all the hotels. specially the area of concern is hotel restaurant and availability of water. even drinking water was not available. where as hotel at cochin was really lived up to its name and stay at cochin was excellent
