Good facility, service. Staff are very helpful. I was given a early check-in as i arrived at 6:00am in the morning. Appreciate that. Food was not up to the mark - very ordinary in that department. Otherwise, an excellent hotel. A little away from the market area, so i preferred it because of its calm surroundings.

to be honest, we had not expected the hotel to be so good. But we loved the hotel and must say are extremely overwhelmed by their prompt service and hospitality.

The hotel staff was very accomodative and they readily accepted our request to let us stay in the hotel for a few extra hours as our train was a bit late than the check-out hours.
