Enjoy kolkata- radisson way.
i have visited the ffort radisson resort at raichak near kolkata in the month of october last year . This was my 3rd visit to the resort . I had stayed there for 4 nights at one of their duplexes(holiday klub) . The resort has been designed to resemble a fort from the 1700s with old bricks used in facadeis .It situated on the banks of river hooghly . The resort is almost 90 minutes away from main kolkata(esplanade) and about 2.30 hrs away from the airport . The resort is a five star property , with lots of open areas . The swimming pool is ok but the discotheque is very very small . It has an open air bar “ captains deck” which is truly beautiful . You can enjoy the scenic beauty of river hooghly from this place . Food quality is very good . Cooks are also supportive and you can enjoy lots of delicious fish preparations here . I have also enjoyed a river cruise (they have their own ac cruise liner. Overall experience is excellent.

The welcome was good but the warmth was missing. Room service was poor as it took lot of time . Food quality was good but the quantity was not value for money. There is a disco but without bar.
