I gave rs. 1500/- for this hotel. I think rs. 1000/- is good for the room
to deserve the 1500/- tag the hotel should change:
1. Old noisy ac to a newer one.
2. Quality of breakfast. Jam & butter should be of a reputable brand.
3. Throw a free pick up from air port as we had trouble locating the hotel at night as the cab driver did not know; there is another hotel by similar name which is known to the cab-drivers.
Service.
there were 2-3 service men always on call. They would attend us in seconds after we rang up. They were all happy to help.
Location.
karol baug in new delhi is a known area, but there are lot of hotels near station / air port. as a frequent business traveler, i would prefer those hotels as it is easier to locate and use in case of transit.
