Pathetic and i would never recommend it to anyone.

No customer service/smile on the face of receptionist. From the outside, the hotel looks like its a big hotel but in reality its very unkempt.When they start the air cooling machine at night, you cannot sleep, because the floor vibrates and it sounds as if some train is running.

Service is horrible

1. No parking space. You will have to park on the street. 2. Room service is pathetic. Even the water will be served after 4-5 requests and half an hour. 3. They don't clean the rooms 4. Non-ac rooms does not have windows. 5. Except above rest all is fine

Room is ok, but maintenance required for bath room. Wall almirah lock was broken, hotel management not willing to repair it.

The rooms are not properly maintained, the pillow covers are torn, the commode in the bathroom was broken, rooms were not cleaned daily and only after several requests the room would be cleaned, a centralized cooler would be switched on at night which would make more noise than an aero plane and many more such experiences. To top it all, since i had to stay for 2 additional days in jaipur, during check out i was charged for my additional stay at the rate of rs. 500/- per day. Mr. Manohar singh who was at the reception at that point of time was adamant that i was charged at that rate by makemytrip.Com so i was being charged that rate. Even after repeated requests to him to check the printout of the makemytrip.Com booking given to them he was not willing to take it out and was giving excuses of not having it. He even went a step ahead in writing in the final bill that i was charged at the rate of rs.500 per day by makemytrip.Com
