Booked a superior triple room at this hotel (prepaid) by the time we arrived there, they gave us a double room with an extra bed that not even a child would fit in. The bed linens were stained, blankets old, and room very smelly, old and disgusting. After 3 hours discussing how to accomodate us appropriatly, we decided to leave the hotel since they could not deliver what we had booked and paid for. Upon leaving, i requested the copies of our passports back, as well as the registration (in which i stated that i was liable for any other expenses). I tore the papers in two in order to avoid misuse of my credicard. Surprisingly, this caused a very agressive response from the manager of the hotel and 5 of his men, who threatened us and forbade us to leave the hotel. They surrounded me and my friends (3 ladies) of which one is pregnant, and they forced us to fill in new registration cards, which we did under a great deal of pressure and distress. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nothing good.

Smell, bed linens, poor condition of the room and bathroom, dirty. worst part are the managers. They do not know how to respect people, specially woman.

Very good hotel.The location of the hotel is right in the center of the town.The staff is very supportive & fast service. you can see taj from the top of the hotel. Very close to the taj.The view from the window is city view. The swimming pools is not very big.The food is delicious but if you are planing to stay beyond two days you will see lots of repetitions in the menu. it is a sarovar group hotel & it lives upto its mark.

Clean rooms. Nice lobby. very supportive staff. fast service.

Food is very good but sometimes repetetive

Good hotel with wonderful hospitality, location is good close to taj, reception has welcoming attitude, hotel staff is courteuos. rooms nicely decorated, with all modern amenities. Hotel also have small gym/ health club and spa with all modern facility and a sweeming pool. Overall a good value for mony.

Outer look congested and need renovation, no proper parking place.

The food...Low quality.

Value for money. Good food. Cost a bit higher but the service and rooms are excellent.

Room condition and the food (breakfast & dinner). You can walk down to taj, (use the road going back side).

Food do not have much continential choice.
