The hotel was good but they hesitate to allow female guest in the rooms, my sister came to see me but she was stoped in the lobby, later they agreed but i was asked to keep my door open....Very bad.

Rooms need to be cleaner. The electric connections in the room are in bad shape. You have a problem of cell phone network strength in the room.

The hotel has an excellent look and is placed well in the heart of the city. The services, however are very weak and the management is not fully organised. They need to have a serious look to improve their services which is a very important part of this industry and to be able to stand in competition.
