The hotel is good. Location is quiet and scenic. Quality of service was good. Facilities can still be improved.

Hassle free experience. It is a quiet place to stay.

Transportation to the city can be an issue if you don't have your own vehicle. rooms were not value for money. Regular suite rooms look like an economy room in a normal hotel. regular suite rooms did not have heater - basic in a cold place. For packages which had complimentary breakfast and dinner, guests had to go to the restaurant to avail the same. The same delivered to room incurred 20 per cent service charge.

Distance from center of kodaikanal town is about 7 kms hence travel if any is very restricted or if need to be done is costly. The hotel can offer some kind of communication service. housekeeping needs a lots of improvement - in terms of promptness, completeness of the activity done.

Its location at the foothills creates a wonderful ambiance. Hotel rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff organize programs every evening for keeping people occupied.

Housekeeping is poor and they need to be reminded of basic things. Travel desk takes advantage due to the isolated location by charging a premium for usage of services.

Room was maintained properly even room services were upto the mark.

Hill country is a great place for a holiday resort. Their service might not be that good, but the location below a huge hill is so great. We felt very relaxed in the 3 days of my stay there.
