Ideal for passengers in transit. Close to the igi airport and 5 minutes from the international airport. Arriving and leaving at odd hours in between flights is not a problem.

Proximity to the airport makes it ideal as transit hotel. Govt run hotel and not as expensive as other luxury hotels in delhi.

Absence of facilities like swimming pool and gym.

I had very high expectations but it was just opposite. After 15 hours of non-stop tiring journey i thought atleast i will get peace but the room was very near to highway and we couldn't sleep well due to all kinds of noises. Room was not even clean. There were cockroaches running here and there. Bathroom can be compared to any sulabh sochalay run by govt on road side. It was total waste of money. I would request any body to stay on road side instead of in this hotel. Food was like prepared by road side hotel which i have tried in my college days. Please don't eat in the hotel. Local telephone call were 22 inr/minute i don't know what makes it so costly.

Being a 5 star it was not upto the mark.

The main advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the airport.

Food & facilities were pathetic.

It was a complete nighmare for me and my family. First of all the hotel did not recognize makemytrip booking. The manager mr sagar even had the audacity to tell us that we were "bulls...Ing". The room given to us was terrible and room service pathetic. When we paid the waiters very high tips then only they responded.
