This was my business trip so for me the place was little away from my work place. Otherwise it is cheap and good stay option.

Was disappointed with televison as it was showing only a few tamil channels. The telephone in the room was also not working.

We felt it was at a walkable distance from the important sights like lake, park, restaurant, cokers walk,shopping and also bus stand.

The room service was not appreciable and the appearence mainly the floor was not maintained properly. During the power cut (nearly half a day, daily) time they didn't put generator.

Everything the food condition of the rooms.

Services were not up to the mark.

Nothing.

For an additional bed required we were provided with just a pillow and a cotton fed bed-sheet to lay it down and sleep instead of providing a cot. There was no water either hot and cold.I had to fight withthem ,quarrel and then bring a bucket of water to go to toilet. Really it was a night mare . But since we already had paid the money there was no alternative than to spend those two dread -full nights.
