Ambience was nice.
Room service was distrubing again n again... Do not distrub switch was not working, door bell was not working. Twice it happened that i was in the room and they knocked the door once and when i got bit late to reply, they opened the door from outside while i was sleeping...When i complained about this to the reception, they din't took any action and no apology from the management. This has really upset me.
