The non-ac accommodations are certainly a value, and the free wifi is an uncommon and unexpected treat for a hotel in this price range. The hotel’s restaurant was good, the service overall was excellent, and the staff very helpful.
while the hotel itself is worthy of note, the location is less than desirable. For travelers new to bangalore it’s difficult to find, as it is hidden down a small tank road. Lalbagh gardens are within walking distance, but in terms of sights that’s about it. Be careful of the auto driver that waits outside the hotel (especially if you’re a foreigner), but his friends are even more unscrupulous. avoid them if you want a decent priced auto ride, go to minerva circle intersection instead.
Free wifi, good restaurant, near lalbagh gardens. The complimentary breakfast was a plus as well.
