worst service, worst attitude of the service staff/reception.?
the room service is very poor, very disorganized. Bathroom arent clean, the roof has incomplete-patch works. The wood work around the mini fridge is worn out. The "do not disturb" switch doesnt work and it mis-leds the staff to "make up my room", the staff is completely clueless of what needs to be done and thus disturbs every other minute (the responsibility of the manager should be put in to make the correction). The bath towels given are very old, with some very bad stains on it and the staff is rude in changing the towels as if a great favour is done by changing the towels.
