Good hotel. Ideally located in ooty on a hill.

Ambience. Since the type of room i booked was not available on my arrival they upgraded me to a suite for free. The actual price of the suite was 3 times than what i paid.

Slow room service. A bit unclean

Location wise the best place.Will move to be there again next time.

The hotel is quite new and the decor and furnishing seem to be matching the times. Overall a cozy and comfortable place, be it for families or even honeymooners. Also the restaurant serves good food. Its hot, tasty and hygeinic, though only veg.

Nothing everything was very good.
