Its a decent hotel at a very good location, very near to calangute beach. Breakfast is very bad, i didn't had it any of the day. It dosen't have power backup as well, so might feel a bit hot. If you order food at room, they charge 10% of the bill extra
Good location, nice side view, peaceful place, privacy
Breakfast (assumming food is also not gud ) - seen some crazy guys one day in pool area ( and we had to walk out)

The per day hotel rate for the off season was easy on the pocket.It was really a value of money and we had a very nice stay. Will definitely recommend
The location- the calungute beach is just 100 mtr away; tasty food and crystal clear swimming pool which was cleaned everyday

I recommend...This hotel, it is a lovely place to stay in goa.
I loved the ambiance. Food and accommodation facilities all were good.
