Well the only thing royal about toshali royal view is its name. Well and also the view, although well located and with a good view the resort does not match the facilities as provided by most good rci affiliated resorts, the occupancy is generally low and there are no activities during the lean occupancy period, the resort does not provide even a news paper to its guests and the food is overpriced, rooms are big but the bathrooms are very small, fountains and taps are also very old and do not mix hot and cold water properly, the resort is around 20 km from shimla and the road condition is also very poor.

	The view, it was really nice, staff was also ok

	The food which was over priced every non veg dish rs.231 and so on bar was poorly stocked

The location for this hotel is superb..But it's huge structure doesn't quite gel with the beautiful surroundings...The maintenance of the hotel needs to be looked into... The rooms though are spacious and clean...An average, satisfaction wise

Location: located on the Kufri Chail road at a place called Shilon Bag, this hotel offers excellent views of the surrounding wooded slopes of the Chail hills.... the location is very peaceful and provides excekkent opportunites for short lovely walks

Hotel/Room Condition: the rooms are spacious and clean... the bathrooms are also not cramped on space...

Food & Beverages: the restaurant serves Indian, Chinese and continental..the cutlery used is good..so is the overall presentation...... we sampled the Indian and Chinese only and it wasn't bad :)

Facilities: the facilities in the resort are far and varied... apart from the regular, they have a health club, Internet access, a travel desk, a bar, a discotheqe... lots of stuff you actually do not associate with a hill holiday

Hotel Service: service needs refinement if the hotel wants to target the kind of upmarket clients it wants to target.. much scope for improvement

Value for Money: ...the high tariff made us expect a lot of the place...we weren't impressed by the resorts maintenence standards and the quality of services and facilities provided
